Bre Tiesi Clarifies Her Recent Statements About Michael B. Jordan on 'Selling Sunset' (Exclusive)

Bre Tiesi has clarified her recent comments regarding a hookup with actor Michael B. Jordan on the latest season of Netflix's Selling Sunset. The 32-year-old spoke with ET after the season 7 premiere, which was released on November 3, and explained that she didn't intend to drop the name of the Creed and Black Panther star.

In one episode, during a conversation with her castmates Amanza Smith, Emma Hernan, and Chrishell Stause, Bre hinted at a past romantic encounter with Jordan, surprising both her co-stars and millions of fans. While she didn't provide specific details about their relationship during that discussion, she told ET that she never expected her admission to be broadcast.

"We were all having girl talk, and we were sitting and resetting the cameras— it wasn't a conversation that was meant to be on camera," Bre explained before expressing regret for her oversight. She asked fans for some understanding, citing her relative inexperience with reality television and what should or shouldn't be shared on camera since joining the show in season 6.

"I've learned a lot over these last few seasons, but that wasn't me trying to boast about my experiences," she clarified.

In the scene where the revelation about Jordan occurs, the cast members discuss their celebrity crushes around a table. Amanza mentions her admiration for Jordan, prompting Bre to reply, "I could do that and I've done that," and add that she's "slept with" her favorite celebrities.

Bre also mentioned her baby with her celebrity crush, but that part didn't make the final cut. She's the mother of Legendary Love Cannon, born in July 2022 with Nick Cannon.

Regarding her comment, Bre noted, "You know, there's more to those conversations, but we want to make a good show. What makes it in, makes it, and what doesn't, doesn't. But that wasn't my intention."

When asked about the timing of her supposed hookup with Michael B. Jordan, the real estate agent playfully avoided providing specifics, laughing off the question.

As for a potential return in season 8, which Netflix hasn't announced yet, Bre suggested she might sit it out. She's more focused on her career goals and securing her financial success. "I love Jason, I love the girls, I love all of that, but ultimately, I'm all about securing the bag," she emphasized, stating that if she's going to face criticism regardless of her income source, she might as well pursue higher-paying opportunities.

All seven seasons of Selling Sunset are currently available for streaming on Netflix.
